RETURN POLICY
We aim to deliver and install only the best products for our customers. All logged faults will result in a site inspection and all attempts will be made to either correct a faulty installation or replace a faulty product. Door in the box aims to leave you with a fully functional garage door. If this result can not be achieved,  we will discuss a possible refund directly with you. 
Any refunds issued to your account will be to the original payment method used. There may be a Transport charged deducted from the refund total.

How to Log a Fault
Please follow this process to Log a Fault: 
1. Please sign into your account
2. Go to My Account > Current Orders
3. Click on your Order > Click “Log a Fault”: this will notify Door in a Box and a service consultant will be in touch to organize an inspection.

When to Log a Fault:
1. Faulty Installation
Your door s in good condition but there seems to be an issue with the way it has been installed. 
2. Faulty Product
Door in the box warrants that when your door leaves our factory it is in excellent working order. Should the door arrive damaged this should be logged prior to installation. If the door is installed in good order but there seems to be a fault in operation or in the material of the door, a fault should be logged.
